All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, confirmed in your order email. Displayed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or any applicable customs or import charges unless expressly stated.
Prices in our online store may differ from those offered through third-party retailers or physical locations. Promotional pricing is governed by the specific terms of each promotion and, where conflicts arise, promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide accurate, complete payment information and to update it promptly as needed. By submitting payment, you represent that your card information is valid, that you are authorized to use it, and that all charges will be honored by your financial institution.
Section 5 — Shipping & Delivery
All delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
We will do everything within our power to get your ritual tools and formulas to you beautifully and promptly — and we ask for your grace when the world between our hands and yours takes longer than expected.

Everything you experience at ClearFire Herbals — our brand identity, product names, copy, photography, blog content, elemental framework, and design — is owned by ClearFire Herbals, our affiliates, or our licensors, and is protected under U.S. and international intellectual property law.
You are welcome to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, download, or transmit any of our content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may constitute a violation of federal and state intellectual property laws.
ClearFire Herbals names, logos, product names, elemental collection names, taglines, and brand elements are our trademarks. Please do not use them without written permission.
