We stand behind everything we offer at ClearFire Herbals. If something is not right, we want to know — and we want to make it right. Here is everything you need to know about our return and refund process, written as clearly and honestly as we can.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is received. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Unworn, unopened, and unaltered
- In its original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Returns begin with a conversation — not a complicated process.
Contact us at clearfireherbals@gmail.com to initiate your return request. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on where and how to send your package.
Return shipping address will be provided upon approval.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at clearfireherbals@gmail.com with a photograph of the item and packaging.
We will evaluate every issue personally and do everything we can to resolve it quickly — whether that means a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund. You should never be left holding something that did not meet the standard we hold ourselves to.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. These include:
- Personal care and beauty products — including skincare, hair care, body oils, and topical formulas, once opened or used
- Consumable wellness products — including teas, elixirs, supplements, and Sheng Shots, once opened
- Perishable goods — including any food-adjacent botanical products
- Custom or personalized orders
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards — all final sale, no exceptions
If you are unsure whether your specific item qualifies for return, please reach out before initiating the process. We would rather answer your question than disappoint you after the fact.
Exchanges
The simplest path to getting exactly what you need is to initiate a return for your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround and guarantees your preferred item is available and reserved for you.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without requiring justification.
To qualify, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase — the same conditions that apply to all of our returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of our decision promptly and personally.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit to your account — financial institutions sometimes take a little longer than we would like.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it reflected in your account, please contact us at clearfireherbals@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
