Shipping & Delivery

Every order that leaves ClearFire Herbals is packed with the same intentionality we bring to every formula we create. We want your ritual tools and botanical formulas to arrive beautifully, promptly, and exactly as you envisioned them.

Here is everything you need to know about how we get them to you.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase confirmation. During new collection launches, seasonal promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will always communicate any meaningful delays directly to the email address provided at checkout.

Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.


Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States via trusted carrier partners. Estimated delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Standard Shipping — 5–8 business days Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days Overnight Shipping — 1 business day where available

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.

All delivery timelines are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once your order is in the care of the carrier.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. We encourage you to use that number to follow your package's journey to your door.

If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out through Source. Inquiry and we will investigate on your behalf.


Shipping Delays

ClearFire Herbals is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, or any circumstances outside our direct control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

We understand how disappointing a delay can be — especially when you are waiting on something you have genuinely been looking forward to. We will always do everything within our power to support you in resolving carrier issues quickly and with as little friction as possible.


Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but your package has not arrived, please allow 48 hours before contacting us — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered slightly ahead of actual arrival. If it still has not appeared after 48 hours, reach out through Source. Inquiry and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the affected product immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right.

Stolen packages: We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery location at checkout. ClearFire Herbals is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided but subsequently reported stolen. We encourage you to file a claim with the carrier and your local authorities.


International Shipping

We are not currently shipping internationally but are actively working toward it. If you are outside the United States and want to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available, subscribe to Cosmic Medicine Dialogue and we will announce it there first.


A Note on Our Packaging

We pack every order with care and with the environment in mind. We use minimal, thoughtfully selected packaging materials and are continuously working toward more sustainable options across our entire shipping process.
